Studio Policies

Booking & Deposits

  • Secure Your Slot: All sessions require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to lock in your studio time, with a 2-hour minimum per session.

  • Timeliness Matters: To keep our schedule running smoothly for everyone, your session time starts exactly at the booked hour. If you’re running late, that time unfortunately comes out of your scheduled block.

Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • Need to Shift Gears? We understand things change. You can easily reschedule your session with at least 48 hours' notice.

  • Cancellations & No-Shows: Because we hold the room specifically for you, all deposits are non-refundable, and sessions cannot be canceled once booked. No-shows will forfeit their deposit.

Studio Environment

  • Creative Focus: To maintain a distraction-free, high-productivity environment for you and our engineers, we ask that you do not bring guests, friends, or pets to your session. Let's keep the energy focused purely on making great music!
